We want you to know that whether it's your first visit to our office, or whether you've been with us for years and years, we always welcome your input. Our relationship does NOT depend on you choosing the care that we recommend. Of course, the "ideal recommendations" will vary for each patient, so when we recommend treatment, we aren't just coming up with an idea that puts you in the same box as everyone else. Together we can look at your goals, your treatment objectives, as well as any recommendations that come from the latest research to come to a decision that is best for you as an individual. In addition, because there are lots of options, we are happy to go over any alternatives to the "ideal treatment" for you and let you know what the advantages and disadvantages are for each. Any second opinions that you seek are always welcome and we've worked with other dentists before in achieving the most desirable results for our patients.

Prevention is the cure! It is usually better to try to prevent problems than to treat diseases. That's why we rely on the latest research to ensure we're on the cutting edge of treatment philosophies and safety standards that exist. We frequently are among the first offices to employ new materials and methods that you may not find elsewhere! We pride ourselves in encouraging our doctors and treatment providers to read the relevant studies so that we can recommend the best possible treatment,
Safety Standards
There is a minimum safety standard that exists in dentistry when it comes to infection control and patient treatment. We are proud to state that not only do we meet these standards, but we exceed them in all cases across the board. We are committed to patient privacy, and if there is a particular treatment (ie: fluoride, x-rays) that you would rather not have, just let us know. At Summerbrook Dental Group, it's all about the patient's choice!
A Personal Touch
The biggest perk of our job is that we get to know you on a more personal level. To us, you're not just the next insurance plan to walk through the door, you're an individual! We love to go to community events and see that your child, who we know personally, is playing on the football team or is the lead role in the High School play. Some of our colleagues say that they don't have time for a personal touch, or that they have too many patients to keep track of in that way. In our office, it's not an inconvenience, it's what makes our work so enjoyable!
Emergencies
We are capable of seeing most emergencies, in our office, the same day. We know what it's like to be in pain, especially on the weekends or holidays, and we go to great lengths to ensure that we can treat your pain as soon as possible. Our doctors are reachable by cell phone to ALL patients in case help is needed after hours, on weekends or even during the holidays! We truly care about you and are willing to do all we can to ease your suffering.
